They're Back!

It looks like the FCC, after getting shot down by the courts, is trying another tactic in the ongoing net neutrality fiasco.

"There is a real urgency to this because right now there are no rules of the road to protect consumers from even the most egregious discriminatory behavior by telephone and cable companies," said Markham Erickson, executive director of the Open Internet Coalition."

That's funny, because I'm not aware of any "egregious discriminatory behavior". Are you?
